Agreement
By using Kalma.fit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information you add to your studio account, including classes, students and bookings.
Subscriptions and trials
Kalma.fit may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and may be subject to usage limits depending on the selected plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content or use Kalma.fit in a way that disrupts the service for others.
Service availability
We aim to keep Kalma.fit reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may change as we improve the product.
Limitation of liability
Kalma.fit is provided as a software tool for studio management. Studio owners remain responsible for their own business operations, communication with students and compliance obligations.
