Delete your Kalma.fit account

Accounts covered
Students can permanently delete their account from the Kalma.fit app. Self-service deletion for trainer and studio-owner accounts is not currently available because subscription and studio records require review. Trainers should contact support@kalma.fit.
Delete a student account in the app
Sign in to the student app, open Profile, select Delete account and confirm. If your login is no longer recent, the app will ask for your password before continuing.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@kalma.fit from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may request information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.
Information deleted
Deletion removes the student’s Firebase Authentication account, Kalma.fit user record if present, student profiles, class bookings belonging to that student, and invitation or membership records owned by that account. Studios and class schedules are not deleted.
Limited information we may retain
We may retain limited records when reasonably required for legal obligations, financial recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or enforcing agreements. Retained information is limited to the relevant purpose and is not kept for advertising.
Processing time
In-app student deletion is processed immediately. We aim to complete verified manual deletion requests within 30 days, unless additional time is required by law or to resolve a verification issue.
