About this policy
Kalma.fit provides class scheduling, booking and studio-management services. This policy explains how personal information is handled when students use the Kalma.fit apps and trainers use the web portal.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate Kalma.fit, including names, email addresses, Firebase user identifiers, studio memberships, class bookings and cancellations, and account or subscription information where applicable. We may also receive basic server logs and error information needed for security, reliability and support. Kalma.fit does not currently use analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or cross-app tracking SDKs.
How we use information
We use this information for authentication, account and studio management, class scheduling and booking, transactional invitations and emails, subscription management, security, troubleshooting and customer support.
Service providers
Kalma.fit uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Cloud Firestore for application data, Stripe for trainer and studio subscriptions, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver their services. Stripe handles payment details; Kalma.fit does not store full payment-card numbers.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure and support Kalma.fit, or when required by law. Kalma.fit does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and service data while an account is active and as needed to provide Kalma.fit. When an account is deleted, associated student profile and booking data is removed, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling or financial recordkeeping. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including authenticated access and restricted server operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Students can delete their account in the app. Trainers and anyone unable to use the in-app flow can contact support.
